High Temperature Resistant EPDM Rubber Sponge Seal Strip For Automotive
Density is a key parameter of EPDM foam, directly affecting its compressibility, resilience, and sealing properties.
- Low-density EPDM foam (0.03-0.1 g/cm³): Typically used in applications requiring lightweight materials, such as cushioning and shock absorption pads in electronic devices. Due to its low density, it offers good compressibility but relatively poor resilience and durability, making it suitable for applications with less stringent sealing requirements.
- Medium-density EPDM foam (0.1-0.3 g/cm³): Widely used in sealing gaskets and waterproof gaskets in electronic devices. Medium-density foam strikes a balance between compressibility and resilience, providing excellent sealing while also offering a certain degree of durability.
- High-density EPDM foam (0.3g/cm³ and above): Suitable for applications requiring high sealing and durability, such as electronic device housing sealing and waterproof joints. High-density foam has excellent resilience and compressive strength, ensuring long-term sealing.

We have customized production service, we can produce foam products as per client’s requests.
Q2:How can I place an order?
1)Tell us the size details and quantity you want to order.
2)We will make PI for you.
3)Checking PI and confirm it for us, we will arrange the production ASAP when the prepayment received.
4)We will take photos for you to confirm and then deliver the goods soon after the balance.
5)Send the Customs Clearance Documents or tracking number to you and track the goods for you until you get it.
